Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or someone you designate (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several parts, the period begins when the last item has been delivered.

You do not need to give a reason for exercising your right of withdrawal.

Cancellation before dispatch
You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been dispatched from our warehouse. If it has already been dispatched, the rules on withdrawal and returns apply instead.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To withdraw from your purchase, contact us by email at info@pawbox.se within the withdrawal period.

Please include:

• Which products you wish to return

Returns must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return conditions
The product should be returned in good condition and, if possible, in its original packaging.

You are responsible only for any decrease in value resulting from handling the product beyond what was necessary to establish its characteristics and function.

We recommend that you package the product well to avoid damage in transit.

Return shipping
The customer pays the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, PawBox Sweden AB pays the return shipping cost.

Damage and defects
Always check your order when you receive it.
If the product is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us promptly at info@pawbox.se so we can help.

Exchanges
To exchange for a different product, first return the original item and then place a new order.
For exchanges due to defects or damage, we pay the shipping cost.

Refunds
When we receive your return and inspect the product, we refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund is made no later than 14 days after the day you notify us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Additional processing days at your bank or card issuer may affect when the money appears in your account.
