Terms of service

General
These terms apply between you as a customer and PawBox Sweden AB (company registration number 559538-0550) when you shop at www.pawbox.se. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Orders and contract
When you place an order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided. The contract becomes binding only when we have confirmed your order. We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of incorrect information, unauthorized use or other special circumstances.

Prices and payment
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK), including VAT. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are handled securely by our payment partners.

Payment methods
We accept payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Swish. When Klarna is activated, invoice and installment payment options will also be offered.

When payment is taken
For card purchases, the amount is reserved when the order is placed and charged to your account when your order is dispatched. For Swish, payment is made immediately when placing the order.

Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days within Sweden. Free shipping is offered on all orders. See also our Shipping Policy.

Right of withdrawal and returns
As a customer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For more information, see our Return Policy.

Defects
If an item is defective or damaged, you have the right to report the defect within 3 years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact us at info@pawbox.se with your order number and a description of the defect.

Complaints
For complaints, contact us at info@pawbox.se. If we cannot settle the matter, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), www.arn.se.

Uncollected parcels
For parcels that are not collected and are returned to us, a fee of SEK 295 is charged for shipping and handling. The fee is deducted from your refund.

Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is always limited to the amount corresponding to your order.
